By accessing or using Football Drill Hub ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You agree to use Football Drill Hub only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Submit, upload, or share any indecent, obscene, or illegal material of any kind. Doing so may constitute a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Football Drill Hub will co-operate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
• Use any content, data, or information obtained from the platform for commercial gain, resale, or any revenue-generating purpose without prior written consent from Football Drill Hub.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious software.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@footballdrillhub.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

By submitting any drill, session, image, video, description, or other content to Football Drill Hub ("submitted content"), you assign to Football Drill Hub full ownership of that submitted content, including all intellectual property rights worldwide. Football Drill Hub may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display submitted content for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

You warrant that you have the right to submit all content you upload, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Indecent or illegal material: The submission of any indecent, obscene, child-exploitative, or otherwise illegal material is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious criminal offence. Football Drill Hub will remove such content immediately, permanently ban the responsible account, and report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities. Football Drill Hub accepts no liability for such content but will co-operate fully with any investigation.

Account deletion and content retention: If you delete your account, Football Drill Hub will retain all drills and other content you have submitted. This content will remain the property of Football Drill Hub and may continue to be used on the platform. Deletion of your account does not result in deletion of your submitted content.

All platform content not created by users — including the design, code, branding, and pre-loaded drills — is the intellectual property of Football Drill Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Football Drill Hub is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

All drills, training programmes, and session plans on the platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are created by coaches and are not a substitute for professional sports coaching qualifications, medical advice, or formal risk assessments. Football Drill Hub makes no representations as to the suitability, safety, or accuracy of any drill or training programme for any individual, age group, or ability level.

Football Drill Hub accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage — whether to persons or property — arising directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, or incorrect implementation of any drill, training programme, or session plan found on the platform.

It is the sole responsibility of the coach, team manager, or supervising adult to:

• Carry out an appropriate risk assessment before conducting any training session.
• Ensure that all participants are physically fit and medically able to take part in the activities described.
• Adapt or modify any drill to suit the age, ability, and fitness level of participants.
• Ensure adequate supervision, appropriate equipment, and a safe training environment at all times.
• Comply with all applicable health and safety legislation, governing body guidelines, and club or facility rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Drill Hub, its directors, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to personal injury, loss of earnings, or property damage — arising from your use of the platform, even if Football Drill Hub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or if we believe your use of the platform is harmful to others. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@footballdrillhub.com.

Upon account deletion, your personal profile and login credentials will be removed. However, all drills and content you have submitted will be retained by Football Drill Hub in accordance with section 4 above and may remain visible on the platform.

You may not extract, scrape, copy, or otherwise collect data, drills, sessions, images, or any other content from Football Drill Hub for commercial gain, resale, incorporation into competing products, or any other revenue-generating purpose without prior written authorisation from Football Drill Hub. Breach of this clause may result in legal action for breach of contract and/or infringement of Football Drill Hub's intellectual property rights.

Football Drill Hub may integrate with, or be shared via, third-party platforms including WhatsApp and Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Your use of those platforms when interacting with Football Drill Hub content is subject to their respective terms of service and community standards:

• WhatsApp: Use of Football Drill Hub links or content shared via WhatsApp is governed by the WhatsApp Terms of Service.
• Facebook / Meta: Use of Football Drill Hub content shared via Facebook is governed by the Facebook Terms of Service.

Football Drill Hub is not responsible for the policies or conduct of these third-party platforms. We encourage you to review their terms before sharing content.

Football Drill Hub offers the option to create an account and sign in using your Google account ("Sign in with Google"), provided by Google LLC. By choosing this option you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of Sign in with Google is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• Football Drill Hub will receive basic profile information from Google (such as your name and email address) solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account.
• Football Drill Hub does not receive or store your Google password.
• You may revoke Football Drill Hub's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions. Revoking access will not automatically delete your Football Drill Hub account or the content you have submitted.

Football Drill Hub allows coaches to link YouTube videos within their drills and sessions. These videos are not hosted by Football Drill Hub — they remain hosted on YouTube's servers and are displayed via YouTube's standard embedding functionality.

By linking or viewing YouTube videos through the platform, you acknowledge that:

• All embedded YouTube content is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• Football Drill Hub has no control over the availability, content, or accuracy of linked YouTube videos. If a video is removed or made private by its owner or by YouTube, it will no longer be playable on the platform.
• Football Drill Hub is not responsible for the content of any linked YouTube video. Users who link videos remain solely responsible for ensuring those videos are appropriate and do not infringe any third-party rights.
• YouTube's embedding player may collect data in accordance with Google's privacy practices. Football Drill Hub does not control this data collection.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
